Baby found in canal in Lagos (photo)

A baby was found in a canal by Bello Junction Idi Araba; just before LUTH gate in Lagos around 8 this morning. Looked like the baby had been there for a while and was already dead when people spotted her. Too sad! Extremely heartbreaking.
