Nigeria votes for state governors and assemblies

Nigerians are going to the polls to vote for state governors in the final round of the election process.

Elections for 29 governors and all 36 state assemblies are taking place.
Some of Nigeria's governors control huge budgets and are among the country's most influential politicians.
The vote comes two weeks after Muhammadu Buhari defeated incumbent President Goodluck Jonathan to become the country's first opposition candidate to win a presidential poll.
