A-40-year
old woman chopped off the private parts of a man who wanted to rape her
in her apartment but it didn’t end just at that.
The woman identified as Monju Begum, who
hails from Bangladesh proceeded to report the case to the police and
went along with the severed organ as an evidence.
She said the man had been harassing her for months before the last straw that broke the camels’s back.
According to police spokesperson, Abul
Khaer, the rapist who is also the woman’s neighbor, Mozammel Haq Mazi,
entered her apartment and began to sexually assault her.
But the brave woman chopped off his privates in a desperate attempt of defending herself.
The suspect ran away in deep pains and
anguish following the encounter, but Begum simply wrapped the manhood in
a polythene bag and took it to the police station to report the case.
The police spokesperson who referred to
the man’s penis as an ‘anaconda’ said: “It is quite an unusual incident.
As far as I am aware, this is the first time that a woman has brought a
severed anaconda to the police station as evidence.
The suspect went to a hospital following the incident but doctors say the severed privates can no longer be re-attached.
Meanwhile, the police already stated that they are waiting for his condition to get better before the will arrest him.
“We will arrest him once his condition gets better,” said Khaer.
