Governor Nasir El-Rufai of Kaduna state pictured administering polio vaccine on his son as the citizens of the state looked on. Governor El Rufai was also seen administering a polio vaccine to his daughter, Nafisa last month to kick-off Mother and Child week in Kaduna.
