The former horticulture student is living in Drogheda, Co Louth where he bought the winning ticket, the Irish Mirror reports.
However the property has now been listed as 'sold' on myhome.ie.
The 31-year-old's pad has five bedrooms with two en-suites, a modern fitted kitchen and a landscaped back garden.

He spoke to the Irish Sun this week when they went to his home: “ I’m not too bad. I’m actually meeting someone right now for lunch.
"Another time... I’m just running to meet a friend ."
Houses is in the area normally go for around €400,000.

Greg, from Baltray, Co Louth, landed the lotto in 2008 when he purchased his €4 Quick Pick Lotto ticket at Newfoundwell Service Station in the wee county.

He was a second year student at Institute of Technology in Blanchardstown, Dublin studying to be a golf course superintendent at the time.
His dad Des Smyth is a famous golfer who played in the Ryder Cup Team of 1979 and 1981.
In 2006, Des was vice captain of the winning European team at the K Club.
